Hot Desking membership offers great flexibility. Just turn up with your laptop and you will have guaranteed access to a studio sized desk, 24/7. Usually hot desks are spread throughout the building, so you will have a choice of where you would most prefer to work. We also provide storage so you can keep items here overnight. Hot desking includes all membership benefits including a registered business address, meeting room use and printing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide storage?

Yes. Each member gets a 33mm x 25mm cubbie hole and some desks include additional under desk cabinets. However, we don’t provide any lockable storage.

Can I register my business there?

Yes. This is a benefit included in all coworking memberships.

Do you charge for the meeting room and printing?

We don’t currently charge any extra for printing or the meeting room. However, we do ask that members exercise fair use.

What will my first charge be?

The first charge will include a deposit for membership (one months membership, ex vat), deposit for keys (£30) and the pro rata membership sum dependant on when you join in the month.

On an ongoing basis, when will I be invoiced and charged?

You will be charged in the first week of each month (in advance). We send invoices on the 1st of the previous month. So an invoice sent on the 1st March, would constitute Aprils membership fee and would be charged between 1st-7th April.

How will I be charged?

We charge the majority of customers by direct debit. We make some exceptions for those who don’t have UK bank accounts and charge by credit card, however additional charges are applied.

What is the contract termination policy?

Whatever month we receive your notice to terminate in, you will be committed to the end of the next month. So for example, if on the 31st March you give notice that you would like to leave, then April would be your last month.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are very welcome. There are mouse traps laid around some buildings though so if you are worried they may use these as a toy we advise you to keep your dog on a lead.

My business requires that I make a lot of phone calls - will that be ok?

That’s absolutely fine. We just ask that members be mindful of the fact they are working in community and take excessively loud or disruptive calls outside the workspace. The meeting room is also available should you require privacy.

How do I get in on the weekend and evenings?

We provide you with codes to access all areas of the buildings and keys where necessary.

Do I need insurance or do you cover that?

It is your responsibility to make sure you have contents insurance covering your items.
